Utility Bills, Council Tax, Television Licence, Communication Services

Loss of key or other security device (reasonable charges)

Unpaid rent (3% above the Bank of England base rate; charged daily after 14 days of late payment)

Changes to the tenancy at the tenant's request (Minimum £50.00)

Early termination (tenant's request) (all reasonable costs incurred by the landlord)
